Cheryl Concannon Welcomes You to Sun Valley!
Cheryl fell in love with Sun Valley in the 1980’s as someone who loved the outdoors, skiing and bicycling in a small mountain community.
She began in commercial real estate leasing and marketing after receiving her Masters degree in Human Behavior. Trained by both Disney and Shearson Lehman Brothers, she served as both Marketing Director and Financial Consultant in the real estate field prior to establishing a residential real estate career specializing in quality properties in the 1980’s.
Cheryl uses her background in design to showcase a listing in its best light, matching the ideal residence with the right buyer and has developed and sold land as a principal. A member of the National Association of Realtors, the Idaho Association of Realtors, the Sawtooth Board of Realtors and the Sun Valley/Ketchum Chamber of Commerce.
A past member of the Junior League of America, she founded SEA, an educational non-profit organization, in the 1990’s and served on the Board of Directors of the Partnership Institute. She has volunteered her time working for an Orphanage and Medical Clinic as well as being active in numerous Sun Valley community projects.
Cheryl’s sister Kate and brother in law, Hal, are Realtors in the San Francisco Bay area with Alain Pinel. George Concannon, her father, founded the Concannon Company, a Bay area commercial real estate development firm after taking his turn as President of the family vineyard, the Concannon Winery, after both his mother and father. Betty Wing Concannon was the designated broker of Grubb & Ellis in Woodside, California for many years.
